Anthony M Guglielmo Jr.

1972 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, 396ci (Big Block), 400 (M40)Transmission, 3:42 12-Bolt Posi Rear End. Air Conditioned, Bucket Seats, Console Shifter, Exterior Lighting Package, F41 Suspension, Rally Gauges, SS Equipment Package. This car is fully documented from soup to nutz!!!! I purchased the car on February 13,
1993 when I was 17 years old. The car was purchased from the Atlantic City Car Show as a present to me from my father. I drove the car occasionally for the next few years until March1998 when I took her off the rode a performed a frame on restoration. The car was completed in June 2002.

The pictures below will show the car during the restoration process. I have plenty of more pictures however most of those pictures were not taken with a digital camera so when I have a chance I will scan them.

The next batch of pictures show a few very good friends (Jan Cassaro, Eric Tewes, Richard Oravec, Ronald Oravec &
Ernest Manna) assisting me with installing the motor and transmission. This was a very tough job due to the
fact that everything in the engine bay and under the car were fully detailed.

Below is a final picture of the engine completed later on that night. You will notice some little scratches in the some of the brackets and the non-original spark plug wires. We were finalizing the engine for the initial cranking of the engine.

This is the Original Bill Of Sale for my Chevelle which I obtained when I purchased the car. You cannot really see from the scan where the car was purchased you can only see that on
the original copy. The dealership was Ed Mollisons Chevrolet located in Birmingham Alabama.
I did a major search on the car for the build sheet but it was nowhere to be found even
during my restoration, so I came to a conclusion that the car never had a build sheet.

I have also included a few pictures of my protecto plates. The protecto plates and booklet are
in excellent condition. On the other side is where the original owner filled all his information
about the car.
