The Antique Automobile Club of America, founded in 1935, is the world's largest automotive historical society with over 60,000 members and 400 regional clubs worldwide. The AACA is dedicated to perpetuating the memories of early automobiles by encouraging their history, collection and use.

Tucson To Host 2010 National Spring Meet

The Tucson Sheraton Hotel will be the site of the Western Division National Spring Meet on April 23-25, 2010.

Cooper Addresses Annual General Meeting

AACA National Vice President of Western Regions, Joanna Cooper was the honored guest at the 2009 Annual General Meeting on January 23 at the Tucson Sheraton Hotel. Ms Cooper addressed the members and presented awards and certificates of appreciation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


2008 Western Spring Meet A Great Success!

 

                 

The meet was held at the Tucson Hilton East on April 25-26, 2008. A field of 68 vehicles presented on a perfect sunny weekend. Fifteen Tucson Region members showed at least one vehicle. The meet was also attended by many ACCA National Officers including President Sharon Lee.

Participants were treated to a poolside barbeque at the Hilton on Friday and an awards banquet on Saturday nigh.

The weekend came to a close with a tour of the Franklin Museum on Sunday.

Collector Cars Get Emissions Exemption!

If you’re a car hobbyist in Arizona you are probably aware that collector vehicles older than 15 years and carrying collector vehicle insurance are no longer required to pass a yearly emissions test upon registration.  The new rule is expected to take effect in early May 2007.  Click here for more information.
