2008 Western Spring Meet A Great Success!

The meet was held at the Tucson Hilton East on April 25-26, 2008. A field of 68
vehicles presented on a perfect sunny weekend. Fifteen Tucson Region members
showed at least one vehicle. The meet was also attended by many ACCA National
Officers including President Sharon Lee.
Participants were treated to a poolside barbeque at the Hilton on Friday and an
awards banquet on Saturday nigh.
The weekend came to a close with a tour of the Franklin Museum on Sunday.

Collector Cars Get Emissions Exemption!
If you’re a car hobbyist in Arizona you are
probably aware that collector vehicles older than 15 years and carrying
collector vehicle insurance are no longer required to pass a yearly emissions
test upon registration. The new rule is expected to take effect in early May
2007.
