Thursday – March 4th

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Biscayne National Park Glass Bottom Boat Tour – $36 per person

Transportation not provided - Map available. Directions to the park.
Participants must be dockside at Biscayne National Park by 9:30 A.M.
Norman Kassoff will be at dockside to collect your ticket which will be in your registration packet.

 

The first boat will leave at 10:00 A.M., for a three hour tour, the second boat will leave at 1:30 P.M.  There is another tour available for the Islands, which is also three hours with a special rate for AACA members, for $28.00.  Those interested may visit the website at: www.biscayneunderwater.com, for further information.  If one is interested in taking these tours, the ticket purchases will be part of the registration.  The boats are limited to 48 passengers.  This is an opportunity to see the most spectacular reefs adjacent to the Florida coastline, with subtropical vegetation surrounding the area.

Round of golf at the Miccosukee Golf & Country Club – $45 per golfer
Transportation not provided – depart Homestead area by 10AM for 11AM Tee Time – Map available.

Noon to 4 PM
Tour of Miccosukee Indian Village and Airboat Ride
– $20 per person.
Transportation -
Bus pickup at noon from the Homestead Miami Speedway with a 3 PM departure from Miccosukee Village returning to the Speedway.
Mel Mann will be at the track to collect your ticket which will be in your registration packet.
 

Round of golf at the Miccosukee Golf & Country Club – $45 per golfer

6 PM to 10 PM
Visit to Miccosukee Resort – $25 person - CANCELED DUE TO LACK OF PARTICIPATION
Tribal presentation, and appetizer reception. The participants will stay for dinner and gambling at their own cost.
Transportation – Bus pickup at 6 PM from the Homestead Miami Speedway with a10 PM departure from Miccosukee Resort returning to the Speedway.  For those who wish to drive - Map

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What facilities are available for RV parking? How much does it cost, and when will it be available?
    RV parking (no hookups) will be available as of Tuesday, March 2nd and is FREE.
     
  2. Do the flea market spaces have electrical power?
    There is no electrical power available for the flea market spaces.
     
  3. How do I change my registration after I’ve sent in my forms and my check?

  4. Can I make changes to my registration after the deadline?
    No, the field layout will have been set by class and number of cars per class.
     
  5. I missed the registration deadline but I still want to show my car. Can I?
    Day of show registration is allowed - no cars will be judged in this separate display area - AACA membership required.

    The deadline for both is February 15, 2010.
