Bus Tours

Various Tours of our beautiful area will be scheduled

Shuttle Service

Free bus service will be available Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
with stops at Rocky Gap Lodge, the show field, and Country Club Mall.
Shopping at other times is on your own.

Hospitality Room

The Queen City Region will host a hospitality room at Rocky Gap Lodge for all preregistration
activities, to answer questions, assist you with any problems, and serve light refreshments.
Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Flea Market

Limited space - $25.00 beginning Saturday morning.

Car Corral

Space $25.00 beginning Saturday morning.

Trailer Parking

Vehicle trailer parking is not available at most motels.

Trailer parking is available at the show site for $10. This fee will cover parking from Wednesday thru Saturday or for any shorter period including just Saturday.

Motor homes cannot be accommodated at motels.

Campgrounds and RV Parks

RV (no hookup) on site spaces available Friday thru Saturday night or for any shorter period including just Saturday night, for $30.

Each additional early bird night is just $15 more.
