Rules of Show:

  • Gates open at 9:00 am.
  • Car owners must complete the top portion of the Judging Form found in your registration package, including your car year, make, model and color.  Please record your name and address clearly on the form too. The judging form should be set on the front seat of your car / truck.
  • Cars 1925 and Older - FREE Registration.
  • All vehicles must be insured with proof.

  • All vehicles entering the show field must have a UL approved & fully charged fire extinguisher in order to be judged.

  • All vehicles must be driven through registration and on to the show field under their own power. No trailers are allowed on the show field.

  • Convertible tops and all windows must be up for judging.  Car doors should be unlocked so judges can view interiors. Hoods and trunks should be open during judging.

  • All cars will be judged based on condition / restoration to the same state as the dealer could have prepared the car for delivery to the customer. This includes any feature, option or accessory shown in the original factory catalog, parts book, sales literature, or company directives for the model year of the vehicle. Point deductions will be made for each component that is incorrect, e.g. each radial tire found on a vehicle that was not originally delivered from the dealer with radials will be counted as a point deduction. 

  • Modifications or changes may result in point deduction except for Modified Classes.

  • Owners should remain with vehicle during judging.
  • For Sale signs are prohibited on Judging Field; these are only allowed in the Car Corral / Display Only class.
  • AACA LER will not be responsible for damage to vehicles on the show field.
  • Cars must be on the show field by noon and should remain on the show field until trophies are awarded. Entrance gate will close at NOON.
  • Winners in each class will be announced from the park gazebo at 4:00 pm.  You should remain with your car / truck, and you will be notified if you are to drive to the trophy award pick-up area.  See your map in your registration package for directions to the trophy award pick-up area and for exiting the park.
  • Chief Judges have final decisions on all judging matters.
