Home Car Show 2009 Registration Judging Classes


RULES OF SHOW:

  • Winners in each class will be announced from the park gazebo at 4:00 pm.  You should remain with your car / truck, and you will be notified if you are to drive to the trophy award pick-up area.  See your map in your registration package for directions to the trophy award pick-up area and for exiting the park.
  • Car owners must complete the top portion of the Judging Form found in your registration package, including your car year, make, model and color.  Please record your name and address clearly on the form too. The judging form should be set on the front seat of your car / truck.
  • Cars 1925 and Older - FREE Registration.
  • All vehicles must be insured with proof.

  • All vehicles entering the show field must have a UL approved & fully charged fire extinguisher.

  • All vehicles must be driven through registration and on to the show field under their own power. No trailers are allowed on the show field.

  • Convertible tops and all windows must be up for judging.  Your car doors should be unlocked so that judges can judge the interior of your vehicle.

  • All cars will be judged as closed to original factory specifications as possible.

  • Modifications or changes may result in point deduction except for Modified Classes.

  • Chief Judge has final decisions on all judging matters.
  • For Sale signs are prohibited on Judging Field; these are only allowed in the Car Corral.
  • AACA LER will not be responsible for damage to vehicles on the show field.
  • Cars must be on the show field by noon and should remain on the show field until trophies are awarded.
  • Gates open at 9:00 am.
  • Owners should remain with vehicle during judging.
