SB 2126 has been referred to the Rules Committee 10/19/2005 with no action since.

This bill, HB 4256, has been defeated!  Thanks to SAN and their tireless efforts.  Thanks also to every Illinois Region Member that  made that call, wrote that letter or sent that Email to their legislator to put this Bill down.  6/1/06
