Faeth's Apple Orchard is our first stop.

Then on to the Scout Connection which
Dick Murray thought was connected to the Boy Scouts.
Right next door is Iowa's only
Pennsylvania Dutch barn built in 1857.
Making our way towards downtown Burlington, Iowa and
lunch, we pass an old Standard Oil Gas Station. Crapo Park offers a
magnificent view of the Mississippi River and finally in Burlington we take a
trip down Snake Alley: the crookedest street in the U.S.

The Tour keeps getting better as the
day goes on with a stop to look at some twenty very early cars.
Following Mike & Nancy Roach's Model T back "home"
was a real treat. The Hospitality room was set up by Donna Horn and
Nancy Nelson, a perfect ending to a perfect Fall Tour Day.

Saturday morning brings news of major water
problems for Rick Shaw's 1924 Model T and a minor flat tire problem handled by
some fast acting Momence Chapter members. The Tour takes us along the
Mississippi River to Keokuk, Iowa and a tour of The George M. Verity, a paddle
wheel river boat.
