Below are some updates from an MCACN Email:

Awesome coverage on the MCACN 2011 Show has Begun!

Between all of the “gotta buy it now” sale offers and super-duper online deals,
hopefully you can take a few minutes to enjoy some time for yourself.
With that being said, I am very pleased to say the MCACN 2011 show has been
getting some rave reviews and some excellent coverage already.

If you were at the show, you probably noticed the many members of the national media
that were in attendance, most with a camera or two around their necks! It seems like all of
the “big guys” had representation, some traveling in from as far away as California and Texas.
Al Rogers, Rob Wolf, Arvid Svendson, Geoff Stunkard, Gary Gerstner, David Newhart, Jerry Heasley, Tim Costello, John Gunnell, Diego Rosenberg, Kevin Oeste, Dennis Pittsenbarger and Don Keefe are some of the guys who were covering the event, and there were others too.
The MCACN team thanks each and every one of you!

Today we would like to share with you some of the online coverage from
Super Chevy magazine that Diego Rosenberg captured. If you aren’t necessarily
a Chevy guy, don’t fret because Diego also shows some non Chevy’s that were at the show.

Next up, our good friend and long time supporter Kevin Oeste of V8TV
really took things up a notch. Kevin gets it, and his coverage truly
captures the spirit of the show. Here we have links to a 2-part overview segment,
where I discuss some of the features.

Take some time to relive the history that was made last month.
If you were at the show, you are going to love this, and if you weren’t able to make it,
this certainly will give you reason to mark your calendar now for MCACN IV,
which will take place November 17-18, 2012.

Many thanks to all who participated, whether your were a sponsor,
showed a car, offered your products or services, were part of our staff,
or joined us as a spectator. It takes each and every one of you to
make our show the world’s best All-indoor specialty show
devoted to the country’s finest and rarest Muscle Cars,
Dealer-built Supercars and Corvettes.

AN OUTSTANDING SHOW AND A VERY SPECIAL RAFFLE

Opie and Sue Willis are HUGE supporters of the FNBNY Muscle Car & Corvette Nationals show. In addition to showing some fine cars from their own collection in our first two shows, they have also helped us spread the word in a big way. Opie not only tells people about the show, he insists that they become a part of it, either as a participant or as a spectator. We truly appreciate Opie and Sues' continued support, as "word of mouth" is certainly the best advertising we can get!

Soooo....when Opie asked me to help HIM spread the word about a very special show and a very special raffle, I happily obliged. In addition to being a "car girl", Sue is also the Concours Director for the very prestigious Ault Park Concours, which will be taking place next Sunday, June 12 in Cincinnati. Check out
www.ohioconcours.com for full details.

Anyway, Opie and Sue have put together an outstanding charity raffle with the proceeds going to The Arthritis Foundation and Children with Juvenile Arthritis, certainly a worthy cause! – Tickets are on sale now for the Ault Park Concours’ exciting 2011 raffle featuring a VIP Los Angeles travel package with exclusive entry to the “Muscle Cars at the Mansion” car show held at the Playboy Mansion. Here is a direct link to sign up for your trip of a lifetime!

This is a rare chance to help out a great cause and have a very memorable experience.

Ault Park Concours d'Elegance

The Cincinnati Concours Foundation, a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, is established to manage and produce the Concours. All proceeds continue to benefit the Arthritis Foundation, Ohio River Valley Chapter.

THANKS!

HAGERTY INSURANCE COMPANY JOINS MCACN FAMILY OF SPONSORS

We are thrilled to announce that Hagerty Insurance Company, known world-wide as unparalleled in customer service and knowledge when it comes to Collectible Car, (and Boat!) insurance, has signed on as an Official Sponsor for the 2011 FNBNY Muscle Car & Corvette Nationals.

Once again, we are pleased to be affiliated with people who, quite simply, "Get It" and understand the want's and needs' of the collector car community. As many of you know, I was in Scottsdale a year ago when the horrendous storms blasted through the Russo-Steele auction. I can tell you that I personally witnessed the quick response and the hands-on approach that the Hagerty team took on. These guys and ladies instantly jumped to action and I can assure you,
100% customer satisfaction was their main priority.

I have since talked to quite a few of the unfortunate sellers who had sustained damages at the auction site, and each and every one was satisfied with the end results from Hagerty Insurance. Now that is saying something! Being hands-on, CEO McKeel Hagerty, who frequents car shows and events nearly every weekend, is himself a major collector car enthusiast who owns several really neat cars. He also isn't afraid to occasionally take them out on the track to mix it up!

Having the proper insurance coverage for your collectible car and boat is something you need to be sure of before you need it. Since Hagerty Insurance deals only in Classic vehicles that are treated as collectibles, they are able to taper your policy to meet your exact needs. Another thing is that they offer a Guaranteed Value policy, which ensures that you will receive every cent of your car's insured value in the event of a covered total loss. And what I think is the most important point is that being "car people", they understand the who and why of our cars,
and that is something you simply can't put a price on!

Please view the Hagerty Insurance company website www.hagerty.com  where you can get a quick and easy quote. In addition, the site is packed with informative articles, an extensive event calendar, special car features and a whole lot more. Make sure you have some time set aside, because this is one of the neatest websites around for those of us that love our cars!

MANY THANKS AND A WARM WELCOME GO OUT TO THE ENTIRE HAGERTY INSURANCE TEAM. PLEASE GIVE THEM A CALL, HAVE THEM PUT TOGETHER A POLICY FOR YOU AND YOUR COLLECTIBLE CAR(S) AND THANK THEM FOR SUPPORTING OUR SHOW.

We would also like to again stress the importance of supporting our sponsors,
as without them this show simply would not take place!
