The June General Membership meeting was hosted by Mrs. Lu Kelly at her lovely home on the scenic York River near Capahosic in Gloucester County. 

     What a wonderful place to have a meeting.  The day threatened rain, as did the previous 2 days,  but the few members who ventured forth with their antique cars found it to be "dry" after all.

     Members supplied great dishes for a "pot luck" lunch with the club supplying the hot dogs, burgers, and soft drinks.

The Tarr's 1974 Chevy Impala is shown on the left, with the new HVPR trailer seen just above the hood.

Bob & Mazie Williams great 1931 Model A Ford Town Sedan can be seen on the right, and another view below on the left.

The Hartel's 1932 Chevy 4-dr Special Sedan could be seen next to Jeannette Buris' red 1963  Ford T-Bird.

Past President Lloyd and Dora Williams drove their beautiful 1953 Packard Convertible.  What a gorgeous automobile! 

AH... this is why we go to the meetings. Lots of food and sweets to satisfy even the most discriminating diner !

Mary & Don Baker can be seen trying to decide which end of the table to start with.  Let me see...deserts or other foods first?  So many choices.

A dining experience that could not compare to even the most expensive and elegant waterside restaurant!  A picturesque view of the York River, under the shelters, with a wide variety of wonderful foods.  Who could ask for anything more????

   Rex Frey and John Mitchell volunteered to cook the hot dogs and hamburgers.  Another fine job, guys.  I know you are just practicing for this year's upcoming 30th Annual Fall RoundUp!

President Tarr conducted a brief general membership meeting under one of the many "tents" erected for the day's event.  Of course this was after we had all "feasted" on the wide variety of foods contributed by the members.

 What a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon!!
