Introduction: The HVPR of the AACA met on March 10,2009 at the County Grill Restaurant in Newport News VA. The meeting was called to order by President Beth Hartel at 7:09 PM.

Welcome: President Hartel welcomed all who attended the meeting. There was 28 members and one guest, Bill Newton present.

Old business: Treasurer's report: The club treasurer reported all accounts are balanced.

There was a Roll Call vote on the Revisions to the By Laws, and Related Duties and Responsibilities of HVPR Officers, Executive members and Committees submitted by the Review Committee, Jim Bostic, Clay Drnec, and Arnold Nye. The Roll Call vote count was, 28 yes, zero no. Mail in vote was 12 yes and zero no. The motion passed as submitted.

New business: The next board meeting will be Monday March 13, 2009, 7:PM at Hartel's 100 Kayla Court, Yorktown VA.

Bill James was assigned Fall Roundup Chairman at the last Board meeting, and gave a Progress report at this meeting.

Program: A report was given by JD & Caroline Frantz on the Philadelphia trip.

Announcements: The next general meeting will be held Saturday, April 25, 2009. A cruse to the American Legion Hall at 818 South State street Smithfield VA, 23430 for Elliott's Fundraiser. Plans are to meet at Hunington Park at 4;30 PM.

5O/50 Raffle: The 50/50 raffle collected $60.00. John Allison won.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM by President Hartel.
