Introduction: The HVPR of the AACA April 25, 2009 at the American Legion Hall, in Smithfield VA. The meeting was called to order by President Beth Hartel at 5:00 PM.

Welcome: President Hartel welcomed all who attended the meeting. There was 16 members and 2 guests, Valerie Cannella and Taylor Parker. Jim Bostic , Howard Hodnett, Bob Williams, Terry and Pat Ward attended the Fundraiser at lunch time.

April Birthdays, Sally Bostic and Howard Hodnett.

Anniversaries: Gordon and Nancy Garnett.

Old business: Treasurer's report: The club treasurer reported all accounts are balanced.

The ODMA show is in Woodbridge, VA on May 16, 2009. To be judged you must register by April 29th.

HVPR still need 6 judges to attend the show.

New business: The next board meeting will be Monday April 27, 2009, 7:PM at Hartel's 100 Kayla Court, Yorktown VA.

Program: Fundraiser for Elliott Williams, a very good meal of barbecue Park with all the fixen’s.

Announcements: Our next meeting will be May 31, 2009 at the Corapeake Restaurant in Corapeake, N.C. The time and place to meet for the drive down will be posted in the Auto Tidings. See page 5.

There was no 50/50 drawing.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 PM by President Hartel.
