The HVPR's monthly General Membership dinner meetings are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise noted in the calendar below. Please check these dates and plan to attend these meetings and/or the other events suggested by your HVPR Board of Directors.

8 - 11 - AACA Eastern Fall Meet, hosted by the Hershey Region, Hershey, PA. For information check their website for this meet. http://local.aaca.org/hershey/fallmeet.htm.
14 - HVPR General Membership Meeting, Location: Wok & Roll Restaurant, 2302 W. Mercury Blvd., Hampton, VA, (757) 838-6669. Program will be a briefing from Mr. Pilort, of the Virginian Pilot. For additional information call HVPR VP Nick Raffaele, (757) 867-8047.
19 - HVPR Farewell and "Roast" to the Buris Family. Members Tim & Jeannette Buris will be leaving the area to relocate to Texas. Location is the "Hunt's" home in Poquoson, VA. Information flyer has been e-mailed to HVPR club members, the CCCC, the Model "A" Club and VPCCC. Please check with your individual clubs for details. Bring your favorite story to "roast" Tim (ceremony at 2 pm) and/or the Buris family. Be sure to bring your favorite dish to share and a lawn chair. Water and soft drinks will be supplied by HVPR. 24 - 26 - Virginia Fall Classic Car and Bike Show to benefit Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters (CHKD). This annual event is sponsored by the Virginia Peninsula Car Club Council (www.vpccc.org) in association with the City of Newport News. All proceeds from the 3-day event will benefit CHKD. Events include cruise-ins, dinner, music, car/truck/bike shows, cool lights and big sounds and much more. For more information visit www.vafallclassic.org.
