Q:  Am I permitted to use a golf cart, mini-bike, motorcycle, bicycle, scooter or private motorized cart on the show fields?

A:  Handicapped individuals only, may register their personal three or four wheeled, electric cart only,  at the Maintenance Building located next to the handicapped parking area OR contact Scooter Bug (781) 933-3120 for available rentals.  Please present your handicapped authorization to officials upon registering.  Please call 717-566-7720 for further questions on Mon. thru Wed., 7:00 pm thru 9:00pm EST.

Q: Where and when can I park my RV/Camper?

A:  RV parking will be available at two locations:  

AACA Museum will have RV parking with a shuttle bus available to transport you back and forth from the show fields.  Please call 717-566-7100 x101 for additional details and $prices.

Hershey Entertainment & Resort Co. (land owners) will have RV parking available behind the Giant Center starting on Friday, Oct 1st after 12:00PM.  Go south on Rt. 39, toward the Giant Center and stay to the right.   Please contact 717-534-8988 for additional details and $prices.

Q:  Where will the antique car trailer parking be on Saturday, Oct. 9th?

A:  There will be trailer parking  at the following locations (see map link).  No parking will be permitted on Park Boulevard. 

Wednesday AM through Saturday Afternoon

1. Swatara Creek Field - Go west on Rt. 39 off of Hersheypark Drive for 1/4 mile, crossing Swatara Creek bridge, and make next right on to East Canal Rd.  Parking lot is on the right.
2. Hersheypark Maintenance Lot - Turn left off of Hersheypark Drive at Maintenance building sign and go to security guard shed on entrance road.  Turn left into trailer parking lots.

 

Saturday 6 AM to Afternoon ONLY

Hershey Foods Corporate Headquarters - At traffic light on

          Hersheypark Drive at Turkey Hill, go north on         Sandbeach      Road.

          Approx. 1/4 mile to HFC entrance and turn right onto    Crystal A

          Drive.  Follow directions to parking lot.

Q:  How do I obtain a Pennsylvania state sales tax number (required for all fall meet vendors)?

A:  Go to http://www.pa100.state.pa.us/ for information and registration.
