Car Show at Carlson Center, 2008
The VNACCF sponsors a
car show every year at the Carlson Center. It is an opportunity for the
members to dust off all of their cars and show them to the community. This
year we had over 6 cars that participated. We also raffled a 1962 Falcon
Station Wagon.

2008 Poker Run:
The first run of the
year is a run up Chena Hot Springs road, a scenic route that ends at the Hot
Springs at 57 mile. This year we went to Nash's cabin for a picnic
afterwards. Had a great time enjoying the sun, good food and camaraderie. Drivers draw a card at each of the 5 stops made
on their trek to the cabin in hopes of coming up all Aces to win the money
prize..

2005 Canada Day, July 1, Dawson City, Canada
VLNACC members join their Canadian
neighbors to celebrate Canada Day at Dawson City each year. To get into
Dawson City they drive over the Top of the World Highway and cross the Yukon
River by ferry. Most take their cars by trailer, but one year Paul
Camarata braved the dirt road with his 1964 Mustang.
