Welcome
The Cherokee Valley Region invites you to the
2008 Southeastern National Fall Meet in Cleveland,
TN. There will be tours of historic
downtown Cleveland, rides in the beautiful Cherokee National Forest, a tour of
Coker Tire, and oh, yeah, hundreds of antique cars to see. The air will be crisp
and cool, and the leaves just beginning to turn.
Thursday evening, Coker Tire will host a complimentary reception in
Chattanooga. Friday is filled with drives and tours, something for everyone.
Judges School and Round Table are Friday afternoon at the show site, Westwood
Baptist Church Campus. Friday night the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce,
Mainstreet Cleveland, and The Village Green will provide entertainment around
the Courthouse Square. Dinner will be on your own at the restaurants in downtown
Cleveland. A list of restaurants will be provided.
Saturday, bring an antique quilt along to the Meet and the Cherokee Blossom
Quilt Guild will research it for the name of the pattern and when it was
quilted.
Sunday, go White Water Rafting on the Ocoee
River, the venue of the 1996 Olympics.
