To submit your Project
for Review by the appropriate committee, please do the
following:

(1) Complete the form
below and click on the "Submit Your Project" button at the bottom
of the page. If
you are able to include the entire text of your project
in the Project Summary box, great -- please do so! This
box will allow up to 3,000 characters. You may be able to do
this by cutting & pasting your work from the program (i.e. MS Word)
that you recorded your work in.
(2) If you are unable
to include your project detail in the Project Summary
Box below, or if it contains pictures or graphics that
you would like the Committee to see, please complete and

file(s) to the CHIP Program Coordinator at
CHIPProgram@aaca.org |
In
turn, your submission will be sent to the CHIP Program
Coordinator, who will forward it to the appropriate Committee.
The Coordinator will advise of the Committee's findings, and
then let you know what to do next.
