The Fire Museum of Md. located in Lutherville was the scene of our annual antique car show on July
9th with our congenial host John Horn .
The museum is
conveniently located just north of the Beltway I-695 York Road exit in Heaver
Plaza. In addition to the gathering of 17 antique and classic
cars on the spacious parking lot to see and enjoy there was the awesome collection of fire engines, fire apparatus, and fire
memorabilia in the museum. Here's a photo gallery of selected vehicles in the collection.

Our
gracious museum sponsors Marilyn Smoot and Drew Ensz provided a door prize of a
comprehensive history of the great Baltimore fire. The winning ticket
drawn by John Horn
was held by Pat Wenderoth. The museum choice for the Sponsor's trophy was
Beth Muscedere's 1916 Model T Ford
.
Club members enjoyed their lunches and
conversation in the shade of the pavilion at the museum entrance.
Each
participant received a dash plaque featuring the 1898 American fire apparatus.
