2002 Sully Plantation Car Show

As always, the Sully Plantation Car Show was a fun event!  With over 400 vehicles, live music, and (of course) good food, we tried to take as many pictures as possible (between bites of our funnel cakes...) Wish we could have been able to get everyone's vehicle in a picture - they were all so fantastic!

Be patient, there are many pictures on this page (but the load time's worth it!!

The Corvette class was well represented!  There are a few other 'vette pics, so keep looking!

Sully Plantation is a family place - full of history, gardens and well-rounded fun. Visit sometime, it's great!

Classics surrounded the manor house - here's an angle showing a portion of the Corvette class!

The Mustang class was out in force!  Recognize Dennis Pitzer's award winner?! What a great day!

The Thunderbird classes were well represented too!  There are more pics of T-birds in this review, so keep looking!

Sully is a beautiful setting for a car show, or just a picnic in the park! What beautiful vehicles and setting!

Here we go... Model "A" Row, if you will. Not sure of the count, but it seemed that there were 30 to 40 Model "A"s!

Hey Don Kidwell!  Love the new Studebaker!

More Models "A"s... Webguy Mike Jones and daughter Danielle had a blast this day!  Here's their 1930 Town Sedan!

The Parade of "A"s continues!

Model "T"s were right there with their "A" siblings! A great turnout for the "T"s too!

Seeing the O'Neale's Sedan Delivery is always so much fun - what a great restoration Jim & Susan did!

Foreign car representation was stunning! Take a peak in the background and realize that the vehicles you see are parked along Route 28 ... for almost a mile... to visit in the show!

Edna Cross and her Model "A" truck make it to many of the area functions! Edna, we're pull'in for ya!! ...

... and Jim Cross keeps this stunning Buick on the road by manufacturing many of the parts himself!  Amazing!

Right out of yesteryear's farmer's market - deliver to your neighborhood via this Model "A"! Neat!

Given 15 minutes, the Capital "T"s turned a pile of bones into a running, driveable Model "T" - complete with... umbrella?!

When we saw the classic Big Rigs, Danielle made sure that we took a pic (or three) for Christopher! He loved them!

Clutch Chatter Editor Gage's Caddy was with the group of cars on the lower 40!

For Sully, we did have Chris for the "Chris Tracker", so Danielle opted to fill in. Her fave for the day... Oink!!
