This very special event had 107 outstanding antique cars from all over the DC area. Many clubs were represented,  including Early V8s, GWC Model A, National Capital Model T and Bull Run AACA. Coffee, donuts, bagels, OJ and fresh fruit started the day, with the Veterans mixing in with the cars shortly thereafter. The Grande Finale included a slow parade of cars around the stunning grounds, which culminated in a pass by the Infirmary -- where many of the residents were wheeled out to see the parade. Emotions were high for all involved.

A crisp, clear Autumn day that will not long be forgotten. God bless and Godspeed to all.
