Mission Statement The aim and purpose of the AACA is basically to further the interest of and the preservation of all types of antique vehicles, both foreign and domestic such as passenger, commercial, racing vehicles , emergency vehicles, motorcycles , as well as powered bicycles and scooters, powered by either gasoline, diesel, steam or electricity. On the National level the club has a Junior membership level as we all feel that the future of our hobby and our antique automobiles rests in the hands of our youth. We must pass on the rich heritage of of our past, to our youth of today, so that the cars of the past are remembered, not only in memory but as visible pieces of automotive history for all future generations to be able to see and enjoy. It is a further aim of this organization to promote sportsmanship and good fellowship among all AACA members at all levels, both national and local . The AACA holds nationwide competitive and non competitive events at both the national and local levels including such events as tours and shows. In addition to the national aims, our club is very active by holding monthly meetings, and at least one monthly event such as day trips, picnics , weekend trips, touring and participating in local car shows, all of which encourages you to drive and enjoy your vehicle. Our club also holds a yearly car show in April, in a beautiful park located on the banks of the Saint Johns River in Palatka Florida, in which all members actively participate. We can assure you that your membership in our club will never be dull or boring. We encourage happy and safe motoring . |
