Friday August 20.

10:30 – 2 PM    Free time (Visit Santa Rosa)
2 - 4 PM            Judging School
4:15-5:15 PM    Round Table
6 PM                 no host cocktail party
7 PM                 Get acquainted Dinner

Saturday August 21
 
 
Dry Creek Ballroom
8 AM                 Judges breakfast
Juilliard Park
 7 AM                Show field opens  in Juilliard Park. Many displays and a Model Car Contest for the children of Sonoma County will be taking place in the park. Food will be available. Luther Burbank Home & Gardens will be open for tours across the street.   Cars must remain on the Field until 4 PM or until released by the Chief Judge.
Host Hotel Alexander Valley Ballroom
6 PM               No-host cocktail hour followed by dinner and   awards presentation. Dress is evening casual.


Sunday August 22


9 AM Tour the back roads of Sonoma County to “Georgetown” (Hollywood’s Attic) a unique collection of automobiles and memorabilia from Hollywood’s Golden Era. Lunch. Then a tour of the World-famous Korbel Wine Cellars. Return tour to Host Hotel.
